BlackSteel Template for Discuz! 7.0

Well here is our first Template, the template name is BlackSteel by CnTheme.

the dump file is (discuz_style_BlackSteel.txt), this template has pretty unique style, if your forum want to have Futuristic Style you can use this Template. In this template im already edit Chinese button to English Button, so you can use it without edit the button except Logo.png
